The Mission:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Platform Manager to join our team. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for the overall success of a product, from ideation to development and launch. They will work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure that the product meets market demands, technical requirements, and business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering products to both internal and external stakeholders and will be adept at balancing new features against technical requirements and debt.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends, as well as non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, and security
• Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback, non-functional requirements, and business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop product features that meet technical requirements, including developer and administrator tooling
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog that balances new features against technical requirements and debt
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute product launch plans and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or a related development or development leadership role
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, and ideally experience as a developer, architect or development leader
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience delivering products to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, and security, as well as an understanding of developer and administrator tooling needs

Nice to haves:

• supply chain / logistic experience
• app development platform experience
• force.com or similar platform experience
