The Technical Implementation Manager will be a member of the Customer Solutions team and will collaborate across the company in support of our goals.

Responsibilities



Lead implementations for new and existing clients including managing schedules and stakeholders, running requirements gathering workshops, workflow mapping, data gathering, configuring, deploying, user acceptance testing, monitoring, and maintaining

Roll-up your sleeves by writing code, running database queries, and diving deep to ensure success

This role encompasses the full software development lifecycle and is roughly 50% customer engagement and 50% technical implementation

Experience



Degree/Diploma in computing science, engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer; experience as a business analyst or project manager for software implementations is an asset

Experience in B2B SaaS organization that delivers moderate-to-complex solutions

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SCADA/IoT, Production Accounting systems is an asset

Experience with API development including data architecture and access, protocol development, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools

Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own time and multiple priorities

Strong relationship building and management skills that shine through when collaborating with clients and internal teams
