Role Overview:

The Technical Director will lead the club's technical strategy, oversee player development pathways, and support coaches in delivering an exceptional soccer experience. This leadership role requires an individual with advanced technical knowledge, a passion for player and coach development, and the ability to align programs with the club's vision and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the club's technical curriculum and methodology, ensuring alignment with the club's player development model and Game Model. Mentor, guide, and evaluate coaches across all age groups to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training sessions. Oversee player evaluations, identification, and progression pathways to collegiate, professional, and national team levels. Collaborate with club leadership on long-term strategic planning for technical programs. Represent Scrosoppi FC within the local, national, and international soccer community. Liaise with Scrosoppi FC international counterparts to maintain a pathway for our players

Qualifications & Requirements:

Internationally recognized coaching certification (UEFA Pro License or equivalent; UEFA A or equivalent may be considered). Proven experience and demonstrated success coaching at an advanced level (professional, collegiate, or elite youth). Demonstrated international experience in Elite player methodology Proven experience and demonstrated success in developing players at the foundation, grassroots, and youth levels. Strong leadership skills with experience managing coaches and technical programs. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Assets:

Experience in player identification and talent development. Established connections within collegiate, professional, and international soccer networks. Experience operating within professional academy facilities

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
