The Technical Delivery Coordinator (TDC) supports the office in running smoothly and assists in the success of each project by ensuring that communication flows easily from the client to the project team, and by creating the first draft of project documentation, monitoring the status of all projects and supporting the Project Managers. The TDC embodies effectiveness and efficiency through the utilization and reinforcement of GUNN best practices, reports, database management, templates and tracking systems. Duties include:

Administrative and Document Coordination:



Work under the direct supervision of a professional engineer. Draft engineering documentation, including proposals, contracts, reports, specifications, and letters. Edit and issue documents. Coordinate and track project documentation, schedules, and deadlines. Assist the engineering team in managing projects. Follow up with contractors and clients to resolve outstanding items. Attend meetings and conference calls as required and prepare meeting minutes. Provide cross-coverage support for the Project Accounting Coordinator and Proposal Coordinator roles. Streamline and document training and project procedures. Maintain job files and company databases. Route all communications in and out of the office. Support the Office Administrator by answering phones as needed. Assist with special projects for the Administrative and Leadership Teams as required.

Who You Are:



Bachelor of engineering degree an asset Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanical equipment an asset Strong work ethic and efficient time management Positive and self-motivated, known for taking initiative Solution-focused with a proactive mindset Able to work well both as part of a team and independently Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize requests from multiple departments Excellent communicator in English (both spoken and written) Strong customer service skills Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Experienced in office settings and eager to learn more Enjoy balancing structured and creative thinking to uncover unique solutions Continuously seeking ways to improve the world around you Renowned for high levels of coordination, prioritization, and organization Strong attention to detail, with the ability to recognize errors and ensure document accuracy and consistency Known for taking initiative and closing cycles of action Deadline-driven and solution-oriented Ready to advocate for adherence to procedures when necessary Naturally curious about processes and how things connect Experience in project coordination involving multiple stakeholders Experience in the construction industry is an asset
