Job descriptionOur leading and innovative clinic, ICLS, is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our team. About the role:
  • Be proficient in using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
  • Provide technical assistance to Team Leads as needed
  • Provide technical assistance to Staff as needed
  • Communicate with all team leaders with regard to technology and innovation updates, implementation and changes
  • Manage account and relationship with external IT support company
  • Experience in Nextech and Solution Reach, or any other patient management system
  • Verify that data protection laws are being adhered to concerning the storage of data, and review and update policies
  • Coordinate regular testing/maintenance for equipment and safety devices
  • Manage filing systems, including archiving and back up systems
  • Organize the office IT and maintain equipment
  • Attend conferences and training as required
Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficient in Office 365; comfortable with technology
  • Extremely well organized with superb attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player who also works well independently
  • Disciplined execution and follow-through; excellent time management skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to learn the existing business practice
