As we expand our deployments across North America and globally, we are seeking a

Technical Associate

to work closely with the

CTO

in supporting field operations, client communications, data analysis, and customer success activities.

Role Overview



The

Technical Associate

will play a key role in assisting the CTO with day-to-day technical, operational, and customer-facing tasks. The role includes providing client support during field commissioning and deployment, managing customer communications, coordinating with internal AI and analytics tools, and generating regular performance and project reports.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically competent, and comfortable interfacing directly with customers and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities



Assist the CTO

with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and follow-up actions. Provide

customer support and success management

, ensuring prompt response and resolution of client issues. Support

field commissioning, calibration, and deployment

of leak detection systems and instrumentation. Participate in

regular client meetings

, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. Draft and manage

technical documentation

, including test reports, commissioning logs, and SOPs. Assisting with the

creation of documentation

for both existing and new processes. Generate

daily and weekly status reports

using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Work with

internal AI and analytics tools

developed for pipeline leak detection and hydraulic modeling. Support

after-hours on-call communications

, assisting with client notifications and remote troubleshooting. Coordinate between field teams, engineering, and clients to ensure timely project execution and data delivery.

Required Qualifications



Technology, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering

(or related field). Strong proficiency in

MS Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

for client-facing interactions. Basic understanding of

instrumentation, sensors, or IoT systems

(training will be provided). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for field deployments and customer site visits.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with

pipeline systems, hydraulic analysis

, or process instrumentation. Prior exposure to

customer success or technical support

roles. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
