Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Analyst in our Winnipeg Head Office. As a member of the Service Desk team you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting and documentation of Richardson delivered applications, including IFS, Lawson, Grain and Crop Inputs.

Responsibilities

User support locally and across Canada and the US

Perform account and security modifications, troubleshooting application related issues and fulfilling requests

Testing and working closely with application development and the other service desk groups

Participate in a variety of projects as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 - 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within Richardson

Proficiency with MS Office 2013 and an interest in business workflow and systems is desired

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player as well as individually would be considered an asset
