We\'re on a continuous journey to build the most flexible and inclusive programs.Ready for tomorrow: We want to enable your success through interesting and challenging work, performance enablement, and learning and development.About the roleAs ATB\xe2\x80\x99s next Technical Analyst, supporting ATB\xe2\x80\x99s Business Intelligence and Intelligent Process Automation platforms, you will play a key role in maintaining, monitoring and enhancing our IT platforms. This involves working with vendors, architecture and other internal teams to plan, implement and support applications/infrastructure to best practices and standards, as well as providing expert technical support to our stakeholders and user communities.Accountabilities

  • Support and maintain applications used by technical and business teams
  • Collaborate on new processes and technical requirements for our platforms
  • Support configuration and integration of technology solutions and system platforms
  • Monitor and operate existing systems and coordinate with business needs
  • Support alignment of non-standard systems with best practices and enhance systems/applications accordingly
  • Assist with process development of daily operations
  • Configure and maintain information systems and applications
  • Support one or multiple applications and help business partners achieve goals by evaluating and modifying said applications to meet client needs
  • Assist with development, testing, and system maintenance of our platforms
  • Provide technical support to triage/resolve problem tickets, determine root cause
  • Manage user access to our applications
  • Partner with stakeholders and technology peers to install, support and operate built-for-use tools in accordance with ATB\xe2\x80\x99s standards and security practices
Skills, experience & requirementsCore Technical Skills
  • Application maintenance & monitoring including modifications, performance improvement and security
  • System integration - Configuring and setting up technical platforms.
  • Cloud computing experience (preferably GCP)
  • Good understanding of SQL and database concepts
  • Good understanding of networking, including firewall configuration and basic troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Windows Administration knowledge including:
  • Running Windows resources in GCP
  • Windows basic permissions, folder structures & installation
  • Windows Active directory
  • Basic Windows troubleshooting; powershell would be an asset
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • ITSM, SRE & Dev/Ops practices
  • ITIL Certification would be an asset
Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
  • Written & verbal communication
  • Critical thinking & problem solving
  • Systems thinking
Accreditation
  • Bachelor\'s degree in, engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience with configuration, integration, management and updates of technology solutions and system platforms
