As a Technical Advisor, you'll first learn and understand how VERDAZO functions so that you can apply this knowledge to help clients and prospects make the best use of the software.



In this client-facing role, you will initiate and foster relationships with prospective, new and existing clients to understand each company's unique requirements. Your specific goal will be to provide insight into how clients can optimize VERDAZO for unparalleled data integrations, visual analysis capabilities and automation.



As part of the Client Services Team, you will also be responsible for working with new clients and prospects during evaluation and onboarding - including project management, training, support & relationship management.



From a product development perspective, your background & domain expertise positions you to provide insight into how VERDAZO workflows can be improved or augmented.



Responsibilities


Work with clients to understand their business problems and recommend modules and/or custom configurations to deliver actionable insights. Clarify business versus technical requirements with clients and Developers. End-to-end management of multiple projects at a time, including standard and custom projects of varying size and complexity. Collaborate with Product Management, other Technical Advisors and Database Developers to define, build & validate new modules. Design & deliver client training to ensure adoption across a range of disciplines including Land, Production and Reservoir Engineers, Geology, Accountants, IT and Senior Management. Escalation point for process understanding and application troubleshooting.



Qualifications


Two to five years of experience within Oil and Gas industry with exposure to or experience in production operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. A working understanding of project management with a service mindset. Self-starter that takes initiative when it comes to identifying & completing necessary tasks.
