Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks, including milk and fruit teas, following established recipes. This includes cooking boba, brewing tea bases, and accurately measuring ingredients.
Customer Service:
Greet customers, take orders accurately, process payments, and answer questions about menu items.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including equipment and utensils. Restock supplies and perform daily opening and closing duties.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and assist with inventory management.
Qualifications
Prior Bubble Tea Barista experience is mandatory.
Must be able to handle the bubble tea side of the restaurant independently.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible hours, including weekends.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
