We're seeking Tearistas who are just as passionate and excited about bubble tea!
What you'll do:
Prepare and serve a variety of tea based drinks according to established recipes and standards. Provide infromation on our products Assist in inventory management by monitoring daily stock and replenishing when needed. Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhering to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or beverage preparation is preferred but not required. Strong passion for tea and willingness to learn Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and able to lift up to 25 Ibs. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential. Able to work a flexible schedule: closing (11:30pm), weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.20/hour
