is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a

Creative Branding & Customer Service Specialist

.

About the Role:

As part of our team, you'll work closely with

local businesses, sports teams, and community organizations

to bring their brand visions to life. From custom jerseys and hoodies to hats and other apparel, you'll help transform ideas into eye-catching finished products.

This role blends

digital image work, client interaction, and production coordination

, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand branding needs and product goals Create and prepare digital artwork for custom apparel (jerseys, hoodies, hats, etc.) Communicate with local vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality Provide top-tier customer service both in-store and via digital channels Maintain detailed project timelines and organizational systems
Qualifications:

Strong background in

digital imaging and design tools

(e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) Excellent

customer service skills

and a client-focused mindset Proven ability to manage

multiple deadlines

in a high-paced environment Self-sufficient, reliable, and exceptionally

well-organized

Previous experience in apparel customization, printing, or branding is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

Day shift On call Weekends as needed
Language:

English (preferred)
Work Location: In person
