Job Description
Team Supervisor/Cleaner
Compensation: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month (where applicable)
Location:
POSITION SCOPE: Drives revenue through high customer retention, focusing on training and ensuring high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Train and work with in-house cleaners
- Conduct regular quality assurance visits with customers
- Performs other related tasks and activities as assigned
- Customer service desired
- Sales training
- Training
- Coaching
- Cleaning experience required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Valid Social Security Card
- Physically and mentally capable of performing Quality Assurance Manager duties
- Bi-lingual (where applicable)
- Must be bondable
- Cooperate with office staff
- Perform duties according to the company Brand system
- Act in best interest of Company Brand
- Detail orientated
- Service oriented
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Ability to function in high-pressure situation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability
