Client Connection Team Lead

Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to help support our Client Connection team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our Faris Team offices and administrative team members.

Our Client Connection Team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day supervision of the Client Connection Coordinators and Couriers, including leading daily huddles
Provide front desk coverage at the Barrie Faris Team office, with support from the Client Connection team
Maintain documented scripts and processes within the department, looking for efficiencies and improvements
Inventory of all office supplies, assistance with ordering as needed
Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Assist in execution of Client Appreciation and Community Events
Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Past experience in management or leadership is an asset
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and inputting data
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to perform well under pressure
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Passionate about Real Estate and helping others
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Real Estate Brokerage preferred
