Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Operate the POS system for efficient order processing Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food preparation and serving techniques is a plus Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is advantageous
