Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic food service team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. This position requires a passion for the food industry and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and payment handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all food handling guidelines and safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
