Job Summary

We are hiring

Shift Managers and Team Members

for our Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location at

169 Enterprise Blvd, Markham, ON

. The ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment. Team Members will focus on customer service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Previous fast-food or QSR experience is an asset for all roles.

TEAM MEMBER - Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure a positive customer experience. Prepare, cook, and package menu items according to Popeyes standards and food safety procedures. Operate POS systems, handle cash, and ensure accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining room, kitchen stations, washrooms, and exterior areas. Replenish condiments, utensils, packaging materials, and supplies as needed. Assist with stock rotation, unloading deliveries, and proper product storage. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Support the team to meet speed-of-service goals during peak hours.

Requirements

Prior fast-food/restaurant experience is

an asset but not required

. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants

preferred

. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Must be reliable, responsible, and able to handle opening or closing duties. Basic knowledge of food safety standards (training provided if needed). Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
