Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are highly valued.
