Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist customers with menu selections and upsell additional items to enhance their dining experience. Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to improve skills in customer service, food preparation, and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is a plus. Willingness to learn about food preparation techniques and sanitation practices. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Must be able to work legally in Canada full-time 36 plus hours a week

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
