Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient operations.
Provide training and support to staff in areas such as cash handling, food safety, and customer service.
Assist in managing restaurant operations, including inventory control and adherence to health regulations.
Ensure high standards of hospitality and service are maintained at all times.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving team performance and operational efficiency.
Monitor compliance with food safety standards and ensure proper handling of food products.
Participate in hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations of team members.
Requirements
Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
Experience as a cook or in food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory.
A commitment to helping others succeed through mentorship and support.
