We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, cashiering, and serving, all aimed at creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
