Duties

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to take orders and process payments Deliver quick, friendly, and efficient service -- especially during busy peak times. Greet guests, answer questions, and resolve concerns with professionalism Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Keep the restaurant clean and safe, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. Support sales by suggesting add-ons or highlighting promotions to guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery Follow company policies and health/safety regulations at all times

Experience

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred --

A&W experience is a strong advantage

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately Experience with cashiering or operating POS systems is a plus Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations is beneficial Willingness to learn and take on new challenges -- we provide full training Join our team today and be part of an exciting environment where you can grow your skills while providing outstanding service!

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
