Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas to meet health and safety regulations. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during busy shifts. known for deliveries to our customers good driving record.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong food handling skills with an understanding of health and safety regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
