Heavenly Desserts is a luxury dessert cafe brand, offering beautifully crafted desserts, artisan drinks, and an unforgettable customer experience. We are looking for passionate, reliable, and versatile team members to join our team at our Mississauga location.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual who can work both front-of-house and in the kitchen. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, as well as assisting with dessert preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, take orders, and handle payments with professionalism. Prepare and serve menu items to brand standards. Assist in kitchen with dessert preparation, plating, and cleaning. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas. Work as part of a team to deliver a premium customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, cafe, or food service is an asset (but not mandatory -- we will train the right person). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and passion for great food and service.
