Overview

Join the Aerosports Trampoline Park team as a versatile, safety-conscious team member! You'll assist with cashier duties, monitor trampoline courts, and host fun, memorable parties while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

As a Team Member, you will rotate between various roles, including cashier, court monitor, and party host. You'll greet guests, handle payments, ensure safety on the courts, and manage party events. This role requires great communication, multitasking, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities

Cashier:

Process payments, manage transactions, and provide excellent customer service.

Court Monitor:

Ensure safety on the courts, enforce rules, and assist guests.

Party Host:

Manage party activities, ensure fun and safety, and assist guests with setup and cleanup. Greet customers and answer any questions they may have. Maintain cleanliness of all areas, including courts and party rooms. Respond to emergencies and assist in maintaining a safe environment.

Basic Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old. Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Skills & Abilities

Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers. Ability to multitask and switch between different roles. Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly as needed. Work in a loud, indoor environment.

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
