Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Partnership Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporations, institutions, community organizations, and industry associations.
Develop strategies to increase student enrollment through corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships.
Lead partnership presentations, negotiations, and agreement execution.
2. Agent Network Expansion (B2B Focused)
Recruit and onboard agents focused exclusively on B2B recruitment channels.
Train agents on corporate engagement strategies and institutional processes.
Monitor agent performance and ensure alignment with corporate recruitment goals.
3. Corporate Revenue Channel Development
Identify and develop new corporate markets and high-potential sectors.
Create customized partnership models for companies seeking employee upskilling or academic pathways.
Launch and manage corporate partnership campaigns to drive revenue growth.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion (B2B Only)
Develop targeted lead-generation strategies through corporate engagements, institutional visits, and partnered events.
Oversee the B2B conversion funnel from initial contact to enrollment.
Optimize conversion efficiency through relationship management and value-based selling.
5. Market Expansion (Corporate)
Conduct market research to identify new industries, sectors, and regional opportunities for corporate recruitment.
Develop strategies to penetrate new geographic regions with high corporate training and education demand.
Build long-term partnerships through continuous engagement and value creation.
6. Target Achievement & Budget Management
Meet or exceed B2B enrollment targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Manage budgets for agent commissions, corporate events, and partnership initiatives.
Ensure cost-effective and ROI-driven B2B recruitment strategies.
7. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all B2B recruitment activities comply with institutional policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of partnerships, corporate leads, and agent activities.
Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports on B2B partnerships, enrollment numbers, and revenue.
8. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Represent the institution in corporate meetings, events, and presentations.
Maintain high levels of engagement and satisfaction among corporate clients.
Support corporate partners with student inquiries, onboarding, and program information.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related fields.
MBA or related postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in B2B partnerships, corporate sales, institutional relations, or business development.
Strong experience working with Canadian corporations or institutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets in a B2B environment.
Experience in the education sector, international recruitment, workforce training, or corporate learning solutions is highly preferred.
