Pop Star (Supervisor)

to lead our seasonal team and help bring the Becky's Sodas experience to life.

This is a

seasonal leadership role

, running from

April through the end of October

, with

mandatory training taking place in April 2026

prior to opening.

Position Overview

As a Pop Star, you'll be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and coaching the Fizz Fairy team, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. You'll lead by example on the floor while also managing key operational responsibilities behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the Fizz Fairy team during shifts Greet guests and ensure an upbeat, welcoming customer experience Walk customers through the soda menu and customization process Prepare custom sodas, specialty drinks, and floats Oversee upselling of baked goods, snacks, and featured items Prepare and supervise light lunch options following food safety standards Handle cash, POS transactions, and end-of-shift cash reconciliation Manage ordering, inventory, and stock levels Ensure cleanliness, organization, and brand standards are consistently met Assist with training, onboarding, and scheduling support Address customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous

food service and supervisory/management experience

required Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience with

service management, ordering, inventory, and cash handling

Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Reliable and able to commit to

seasonal employment (April-October)

Available for

mandatory training in April 2026
