Lead Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities:
Working with your team to open/close the store, serve customers and bake pies along with:
Ensuring orders are placed for all stock
Monitoring store maintenance and cleanliness to ensure the upkeep of workplace safety, comfort of environment and general aesthetics are maintained.
Training and development, motivating and encouraging staff
Conducting performance reviews and performance management when necessary
Conduct a weekly meeting with Shift Supervisors and Cook
Assisting with staff scheduling when necessary
Ensuring all staff follow and understand Food Safe management and practices
Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
Handling customer complaints and queries;
Following up on large pre-orders to ensure all members of staff are aware
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Supervisor experience and 1 year Hospitality experience a must.
Must have valid Foodsafe Level 1 certificate.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
Must be a Canadian/Permanent Resident or already have a valid work permit.
Previous experience as a barista is highly regarded.
$21-$23 per hour plus gratuities.
