Application question(s):
Note, our Richmond location currently only has 1 car full time in the city that you will be responisble for and be our full time leader. At times there will be gaps between cleans, and you will be responsible for delivering door hangers (flyers) door to door to generate more business for us. This requires walking sometimes for hours at a time, in the cold/ rain (going into winter). This will be a requirement for your role for the first year until we get your team to full capacity. Expect on average 2 hours a day of flyering sometimes more sometimes none. Are you up for doing both the outside door to door flyering as well as leading teams inside customers homes?
Are you willing to work one or two Saturdays a month when we have special requests from customers?
You will be trained up, and then will be responsible for leading a team of 3 in a customers home. You will be responsible for ensuring your team moves fast and effcient, dealing with customers both happy and upset sometimes, ensuring equipment is working properly, doing checklists and training of new cleaners. Why does this role intrest you? What experience in your life work or non work related have you been responsible for leading people, and what did you learn about yourself from that?
As a team leader you will report to your GM and be responsible to ensure your team his hitting budgeted times/ ensuring your team does a proper clean everytime/ dealing with aprox 15 mins a day of admin. Which of these do you think you will be strongest at, and which one will be hardest for you?
