Team Leader/Driver

on our Residential Cleaning Team! This is a

part time position to start

and can easily lead into full time. We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual with leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. If you're organized, detail-oriented, possess a Class 5 Drivers License and ready to lead a team, we'd love to hear from you. Company Vehicle may be provided for right person but own vehicle a PLUS!

Must have a Clean drivers abstract & criminal background check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel as required. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly. During training, perform cleaning tasks to develop a strong understanding of the role. Once fully trained, manage daily operations, including picking up team members from designated SkyTrain stations in either a company vehicle or your own. Ensure high standards of cleaning and customer satisfaction. Complete weekly reports on team performance, vehicle status, and hours worked. Provide support and training to team members as needed. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company procedures. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Experience

Mandatory:

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a

clean driving abstract

. WHMIS certification - We help with certification. FLUENT IN ENGLISH communication skills (written and verbal). Bondable with no criminal record -Criminal background check. Customer service experience. Reliable transportation to the Coquitlam office (if not using your own vehicle) Must be available Fridays Monday to Friday shifts

Assets (Not Mandatory):

Experience in residential or hospitality cleaning (e.g., oven and stove cleaning). Experience leading a team. Own a personal vehicle.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Pet-friendly (pets may be present at job sites)

Compensation:

Biweekly payroll (

no cash pay
