Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager-in-Training

. You'll be leading the core lead generation team for

Brookstone's newest expansion

-- meaning you're not just filling a role, you're helping us build a new store and territory from the ground up. Are you self-motivated, passionate, and driven by financial success?

As a Team Leader you will:

Lead in the Manager's Absence, ensuring smooth operations.

Help with Admin Tasks, like scheduling and reports.

Assist with Training New Hires.

Keep the Team Motivated to hit daily targets.

Who you are:

Smart (no time for modesty).

Someone who would come to an interview prepared (research).

High school diploma secured.

No industry-specific experience required, but bonus marks if you do.

Someone who has a valid driver's license as you will drive a company vehicle (G2 works).
