Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on

Team Leader

to supervise agency associates working in a warehouse environment. You will be responsible for managing the team, coordinating with the client, and ensuring smooth operations on the warehouse floor during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage agency associates assigned to the client. Track attendance, manage schedules, and ensure associates are meeting shift requirements. Monitor associate productivity and KPIs, addressing any performance issues. Assign tasks and oversee completion of all warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and general warehouse operations. Serve as the main point of contact between client representatives and agency associates. Ensure compliance with all client's safety and operational standards. Work alongside the team on the warehouse floor as needed to maintain workflow. Handle and resolve any operational or personnel issues during the shift. Maintain clear and timely communication with both agency management and client.

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse team leader or supervisory experience required, ideally in a large retail warehouse setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite full shift and be physically active on the warehouse floor. Proactive problem solver and team motivator. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and standards.
