AAA Canada is looking for a Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities

Organize the work of his production team (4-5 people) during his shift. Manage priorities, assign work to the right resource in accordance with the skills list. Support the Blue-Collar team on technical aspects and processes. Act as referent for production activities. Contact Quality for direct inspection when necessary. Ensure team wears safety equipment.

Skills and qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in aeronautical assembly. Professional diploma in aeronautical structural assembly or equivalent. Proficiency in reading technical drawings. Manual dexterity with attention to detail and rapid problem-solving skills.

Required experience

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
