Position: Team Leader

Our massage therapy clinic is seeking a Clinic Team Leader with strong leadership and management skills, a professional communication style, and a great personality, who desires and possesses the passion to contribute to the clinic's success.

The Team Leader is responsible for all daily operations of their clinic. This position also requires facilitating training for all new team members.

Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains a highly motivated work environment by communicating regularly in a positive, motivating manner Training of all front desk staff Ensures proper maintenance of client files, maintains confidentiality Abides by all regulations, by the college, the association, and the Insurance companies Ensures adequate staffing of the clinic. Maintaining a schedule that supports the business. This includes having a balance of opening, closing, and weekend shifts Plans and follows up with cancellations and no-shows, and missed monthly clients

Requirements & Qualifications:

College or University Degree Minimum of three years' sales and management experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills A proven ability to teach, coach, and direct a team Excellent organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Clinic Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday 9 am - 9 pm

Saturday - Sunday 9 am - 5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 36 per week
