We\xe2\x80\x99ll train you and you\xe2\x80\x99ll drink some of that delicious KW Kool Aid then you\xe2\x80\x99ll \xe2\x97\x8f Actively engage and attract productive and up and coming associates through business consulting, disruptive training, and KW culture & technology \xe2\x97\x8f Consult associates to increase productivity and profitability \xe2\x97\x8f Be a role model of excellence, positivity and great work ethic You will also\xe2\x80\xa6 \xe2\x97\x8f Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with Market Center team \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates\xe2\x80\x99 needs \xe2\x97\x8f Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams\xe2\x80\x99 value proposition as it relates to associates\xe2\x80\x99 businesses, goals, and/or needs \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee the ALC (associate leadership council) and ensure ALC growth in productivity and profitability \xe2\x97\x8f Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with Operating Principal \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture \xe2\x97\x8f Lead sales and business meetings Knowledge/Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Extraordinary people skills \xe2\x97\x8f Leadership, management, team-building skills \xe2\x97\x8f Goal setting, planning, accountability skills \xe2\x97\x8f Problem-solving skills \xe2\x97\x8f Recruiting and/or sales experience \xe2\x97\x8f Career development, business acumen, and training experience \xe2\x97\x8f Track record of success Compensation Base salary of 55,000 to 60,000 depending on experience, health insurance, performance-based bonuses which has the potential to be in the TENS OF THOUSANDS!, Profit Share (a unique ground floor opportunity here in Kingston), and other employee benefits including travel expenses when attending world class educational and networking conferences.
