Overview:

As our Store Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the store and lead efforts to establish the ITW brand and grow the company. The responsibilities of this position are subject to change as the needs of the business change.

You will:

Train, motivate and evaluate team members at the assigned home store. Periodically there will be a responsibility to assist in training ITW Cannabis team members from other locations

Complete Schedules

Inventory Management and Ordering of Inventory

Create a work environment that embodies a culture of respect, inclusion, and professionalism

Establish and promote consistent satisfactory customer service and execute training programs as presented

Store Leader must always maintain an open to close availability.

Maintain Cash Coin Float

Reconcile Daily Cash

Weekly Cash Deposits

Maintain store supply levels

Audit Paper Menus

Ensure all compliance binders and documentation are maintained daily in accordance with ITW, SLGA and Health Canada procedures and policies.

The store leader will ensure that all building security and loss prevention policies are adhered to by everyone on the team.

Ensure cleanliness of the store, and maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

The store leader must have moderate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft office programs within the platform.

The store leader must have the ability to learn on the fly in an ever-changing work environment. This requires the individual to have a proactive versus reactive mind set, allowing the store leader to independently solve situations.

Must be 19+ with a valid drivers license
