Your Daily Tea-riffic Tasks:

Serving customers with a smile:

Help our guests find their new favorite bubble tea flavours!

Bubble Tea Prep:

Shaking up delicious bubble tea drinks, from classic milk teas to fruity blends with all the toppings you can dream of

POS Handling:

Cash, cards, and everything in between. (Don't worry, we'll show you how!)

Maintaining the Vibe:

Keep the store clean and organized while creating a welcoming, fun atmosphere for everyone who walks in

Team Spirit:

Help your teammates keep the energy high and the bubbles flowing!

What We're Looking For:

A love for bubble tea (duh!) and a passion for creating happy moments with every cup. A positive attitude and a smile that's as bright as our teas! The ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment. (No drama, just good vibes!) Experience in customer service, food & beverage, or handling cash? That's a bonus--but what's more important is your energy!

Key Qualifications:

Food & Beverage experience considered an asset Strong customer service skills Enjoys working independently and in a team setting Excellent communication skills Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, nights, weekends and holidays
Required Education:

High school graduate or equivalent Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required
Job Duties include:

Process cash, debit and credit card payments Drink preparation Daily cleaning & maintenance Various cafe duties Possible lifting of up to 25 lbs
