Summary

As a Team Leader at DQ Grill & Chill Fergus, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant while delivering outstanding customer service. This position is essential for fostering a positive team environment and driving sales success.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction. Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery. Assist in training new staff members on company policies and procedures. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment. Oversee inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is an asset. Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
