We are seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to join our team as Sales Department - Floor Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. oversee daily operations on the Sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Proven expertise in follow-up and effective communication - writing skills and verbal communication. Experienced leader in training and supporting sales team to enhance product knowledge and Sales techniques. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive industry. At least 2 years of Automotive Sales experience. Strong leadership and team building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment Must be comfortable with one price selling method. OMVIC Certified, with clean drivers license.
