Established in Halifax, NS in 1996 Samuel & Co., has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co. is thriving with its nine stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island! Are you a creative, inspiring, driven leader? Do you have a keen eye for fashion and understand the importance of building and maintaining customer relationships? Then Samuel & Co. wants you as our newest Team Lead. What will you do?

• Take initiative & inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer relationships
• Effectively train & coach the sales team
• Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
• Communicate product needs with your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
• Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

Experience:
