We're looking for a motivated
Student Success Team Lead
to guide our growing team of tutors in Brampton. In this leadership role, you'll oversee programs, support families, and ensure students receive the highest quality of personalized learning.
Position Overview
As the Student Success Team Lead, you will be at the centre of our tutoring programs - coordinating tutors, shaping learning plans, building relationships with families, and ensuring academic goals are met. This is a hands-on role blending program management, people leadership, and direct family communication.
What You'll Do
Tutor Development
Provide training aligned with our methods and values.
Support tutors with feedback and professional growth opportunities.
Student Placement & Learning Plans
Follow up with new inquiries and connect with parents interested in our services.
Conduct family consultations to understand student needs.
Match students with the right tutor and oversee individualized learning plans.
Program Oversight & Quality Assurance
Track program effectiveness using progress reports, feedback, and student performance.
Adjust strategies to ensure positive learning outcomes.
Maintain high standards of consistency and program delivery.
Family & Community Engagement
Act as the main contact for families, tutors, and school partners.
Communicate progress clearly and work with families to support academic growth.
Handle concerns with professionalism and care.
Operations & Scheduling
Coordinate tutoring schedules that fit both student and tutor availability.
Manage and distribute resources, ensuring materials are up to date.
Occasionally visit our Mississauga office (Millcreek & Derry Rd W) for supplies and coordination.
Innovation & Growth
Stay current with educational best practices to enhance programs.
Support outreach through community events, online platforms, and other initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Strong understanding of the Ontario curriculum.
Previous experience in tutoring/teaching plus leadership or team management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Experience in curriculum design or academic planning is an asset.
