Position Overview

We are currently seeking a

Team Lead

who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing both people and processes. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing on-site cleaning operations, supporting the cleaning staff, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to every client. The ideal candidate must be proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing logistical and operational aspects of each job.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the cleaning team consistently maintains a high level of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail at residential properties Pick up and transport cleaning equipment from the designated storage facility to job sites and back Assign and coordinate staff duties and responsibilities to ensure each job is completed efficiently and effectively Monitor progress at each location to ensure timely completion while maintaining company standards for deep cleaning Communicate professionally with clients, understand their specific needs, and address any questions, concerns, or feedback promptly and respectfully Maintain an organized system for inventory, ensuring supplies and equipment are accounted for, cleaned, and replenished as needed Identify and communicate any maintenance issues or special resident accommodations to management Lead by example by participating in cleaning tasks when necessary to support the team and uphold service quality

Qualifications

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, with at least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a small team Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor Valid driver's license + Insurance and reliable access to a vehicle (required) Must be comfortable transporting cleaning supplies and employees between locations Must be able to lift, carry, and transport cleaning equipment Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed Legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
