Work with management to lead a team of 20 to 30 hourly associates. Motivate the team to achieve daily order processing requirements. Liaise between office and warehouse. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects. Assist with picking and packing.
Desirable Attributes
High level of skill in coaching teams and working as a team player. Experience in warehouse environment an asset. Excellent communication skills. Computer skills and WMS experience considered an asset. High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time. Forklift experience considered an asset.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
