Description :1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for an exceptional Team Lead, Integrated Marketing (12 months contract) to join our Marketing team. You will lead, motivate and inspire team members toward the achievement of business goals and objectives in alignment with our broader Residential Growth Strategy! • Lead, motivate and inspire their team members toward the achievement of business goals and objectives in alignment with our broader Residential Growth Strategy.
• Responsible for achieving program & channel goals, and managing related budgets
• Executes the Social Media strategy and develops an editorial calendar to support core brand, campaign, and trending content that drives business results.
• Performs franchise partner onboarding & training for Social Media as needed
• Collaborates with Analytics team members to measure business performance, and leverages customer insights & analysis in order to optimize programs.
• Works with vendors & internal stakeholders to implement data tracking & integrations, and performs or leads technical troubleshooting when needed.
• Supports the development of system wide programs that enables franchise partners to execute local marketing initiatives
• Provides thought-leadership and shares marketing best-practices. Supports team members with training and development as needed.

What You Bring To The Table

• Broad marketing skills and capabilities (generalist): advertising, social media, web experience, content and creative.
• Broad understanding of digital marketing concepts & disciplines
• Experience with planning & executing marketing programs in alignment with business objectives
• Analytical skills and capabilities
• Results driven and focused on goal achievement through customer centricity
• Continuous learner who loves staying on top of the latest marketing innovations and trends
• Strong communicator both verbally and written

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary $70,000 - $85,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
