Summary

As the Facilities Team Leader at Sensi Brands Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance and operations of our production facilities. Located in St. Thomas, Ontario, this position is crucial for ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional cannabis products.

Responsibilities

Actively build and wrap pallets of cannabis products for shipment or storage. Ensure accurate materials count and shipping documents for the pallets staged. Move materials between storage areas for daily production activities. Work closely with processing, packaging, QA, and shipping departments to align pallet and materials needs with production flow. Communicate delays, issues, and resource needs promptly and clearly. Use Inventory list to quickly read, track, and respond to inventory and shipment data. Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and identifying discrepancies fast. Stay alert and attentive to details throughout fast-paced operations. Support warehouse inventory management.

Requirements

2+ years in a cannabis, food, warehouse, or pharma production environment. Forklift driving experience is an asset Strong Microsoft Excel skills - able to sort, filter, and interpret data quickly. Inventory management and ERP experience is plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Highly detail-oriented, alert, and focused under pressure. Physically capable of lifting 50?lbs and standing/moving throughout shift. Health Canada security clearance or ability to obtain it. Forklift license is an asset.

Work Environment:

Full-time, on-site role. May require occasional shift work (evenings/weekends). Industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and cannabis odor.
