Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Team Lead to join our growing landscape and snow removal company. If you're hands-on, take initiative, and are ready to lead by example--we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:
? Class 5 Driver's License
? Reliable Vehicle
? Experience operating equipment (skid steer, loader, etc.)
? Leadership experience or strong leadership skills
? Willingness to work in all conditions (especially during snow season!)
? Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

Job Duties Include:

-Leading small crews on job sites (construction/snow removal)

-Operating equipment safely and efficiently

-Able to pull trailers safely and confidently

-Ensuring tasks are completed on time and up to company standards

-Communicating with management as needed

-Supporting hands-on work alongside the team
