As our business grows, Cabco is seeking a Communications Cabling Team Lead to work out of Dartmouth. A self-starter with a passion for technology, you are comfortable working independently and leading on-site in a collaborative, goal-oriented atmosphere. You have a reputation for being reliable, customer\xe2\x80\x93focused and approach your daily work in an efficient, highly organized manner. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 8+ year\'s experience in the installation, troubleshooting and integration of structured cabling.
• Communications Cabling Specialist (CCS) certification required.
• Ability to act as a site lead
• Positive attitude and ability to effectively communicate with staff, vendors and customers.
• Interest in technology and willing to learn new skills via interaction with our Premises Security and Telecommunications teams.
• Ability to work in a physical labor workplace.
• Willingness to travel to all job sites, nightshifts/weekends (as required).
• Comply with all safety regulations and meet safety training requirements to maintain a successful safety record.
• You have a reputation for being reliable and approach your daily work in an efficient, professional manner.
• Experience working on lifts is considered an asset.
• Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
