America Fujikura Limited (AFL) is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Lead xe2x80x93 Business Analytics to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Data Management & Preparation:

• Collect, extract, and integrate data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating and cleansing raw data.
• Transform data into structured formats ready for analysis and reporting.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Business Intelligence Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Manage data flows to support reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain performance scorecards to monitor key organizational metrics.

Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze business and financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct process analysis to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
• Create ad-hoc reports to support critical decision-making at all levels.

Collaboration, Communication, & Leadership:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of analytics outputs with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor your team to foster a culture of learning, development, and excellence.
• Document business procedures and workflows, standardizing operations for efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver insightful presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proven expertise in developing Power BI dashboards and automating data processes.
• Solid experience in financial and business performance analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, MS 365 tools, and SQL.
• Familiarity with data transformation tools like Power Query, Python, or R.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and data storytelling capabilities.

Working Conditions:

• Work Environment: Normal office setting, with hybrid work options available.
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
