- A dynamic, collaborative, and stimulating work environment.Your Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure efficient invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Implement strategies to optimize AR processes, reduce outstanding receivables, and improve cash flow.
- Work closely with project managers and finance teams to resolve billing issues and ensure contract compliance.
- Perform AR aging analyses and present detailed reports to management.
- Monitor and enforce credit policies, assess customer creditworthiness, and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes related to AR.What We're Looking For:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AR management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, lien waivers, and progress billing (a major asset).
