Sweet Pea Gardening is a professional residential maintenance company that enhances the enjoyment of gardens for our clients. We strive to build long lasting relationships with our clients and their gardens. At Sweet Pea Gardening, we value craftsmanship and curiosity to enrich our services for our valued customers. This will be our 9th season of business.

We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented gardeners to join our team. You must be enthusiastic, have a good eye for detail and take great pride in their work. A positive attitude and good work ethic is very important. We work in teams therefore good communication and reliability is key.

Drivers license required.

We work Monday to Friday, 7:30 - approx 5:00

May thru November weather pending 8 - 12 hour days Outdoors - We do work in the rain and heat so proper clothing is essential Movement - crouching, kneeling, reaching, stretching, bending, twisting, walking Lifting - garbage bins, tool buckets, tools, plant material Team environment
Main Tasks:

Weeding Deadheading Edging Pruning and shaping shrub, hedges, etc. Cultivating Planting Fertilizers and insecticides applications Use of Tools- hedge trimmer, blowers Soil top ups, mulch top ups and more :)
Must enjoy working outside and getting dirty!
